Although I dunno is this article true or not, still I hope doggie lovers will sign this petition.
I mean what kind of sicko human will use dogs as a bait for fishes!!!! This is way too damn disgusting!!!! There is really something very wrong with their small f**king brains!!!!!!!!!!
