Today try out the Nicorette. Reali veri useful. After eating it my urge for smokin reali disappear. Dunno if I reali can quit b4 end of May...The taste of this gum is damn bad. After chewing for a min, the bitter taste came and it makes my throat reali veri xin ku. Making me feel so disgustin and wanted to vomit.
Today at office whole day I nv smoke lei. When I got the urge, i chew a piece and viola!! The urge is gone!!! ^^
