Green Bean Yogurt Mask

GREEN BEAN YOGURT MASK

Ingredient: 
Green bean Powder
Plain Yogurt

Thing you need:
Small container
brush (optional)
spoon

Step 1:
Put 2 tablespoons of green bean powder into container. Add in 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Use brush or spoon to mix evenly. Can add more to get desire amount and texture. Try to get sticky mixture so that when putting on, it won't drip from the face.

Step 2:
Use finger and spread small amount all over face, avoiding eye areas. leave on for 15 mins.

Step 3:
Wash off with warm water. Pat dry face.

Note
So why green bean? Green bean AKA mung bean (绿豆) is actually very good for skins. It has anti-aging agents which can reduces the presence of winkles, age spots and lines.
It really lighten up the skin, making the face look radiance after wash off.
Green bean are also anti-toxin which actually clean your face toxin.
This mask is specially good for oily, acne-prone skin.

Yogurt, another essential food for body and face. As it contains lactic acid that helps smooth rough skin, dry skin and prevent mature aging. Lactic acid also helps to dissolve dead skin.

I personally like this mask alot.

Although it's quite hard to find green bean powder in some places.  But mostly chinese- medical hall shop should sell.
